The owner really stood out, so helpful and willing to arrange things like pickup and drop-off, a taxi, and nearby places. The house is large, neat and clean, with a kitchen that has all the modern facilities. From the front there’s a great sea view, and the back looks onto the mountain. The local grocery shop is 500 meters away, and the bus stop is just across the road.

From the terrace you get an amazing view of the sea, and the house is near the beach. The interior is well equipped, including a safe. The nearest bus stop, "La Reserve," is about 100 meters away. I can definitely recommend this place to travelers visiting Praslin.

Take care when booking, as the photos may give the wrong impression. There are two properties in the same location. One has two bedrooms, but the second is up in the attic, which was a major disappointment. The air conditioning and internet were a major problem. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, a refrigerator and microwave.

The place looked even better than it did in the photos, and it was clean and spacious. We loved the seafront view, especially for sunsets, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. We had trouble finding it on our own, so a sign by the road might help. Everything else was excellent. Thank you!

A great location for families with kids, and the customer service was exceptional. It’s run by a caring local family. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
