After a day of MTB, I only wanted to get into my apartment, shower, and change into clean clothes. My reserved parking spot was unavailable because of unannounced groundwork, so I went to reception to explain. They showed no understanding or empathy and said I had to book a paid spot elsewhere. They wouldn't even let me use their lot for half an hour. Very poor service. The worst experience.

The reception staff were super friendly. The luggage room is open 24/7 and even has a toilet and changing room. I'll definitely book here again next year.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect for skiing, and the rooms are clean with a good layout. There wasn't nearly enough space to unpack, though, and the wardrobes were a pain to get into.

Getting to the slopes takes an uphill walk of about 200m, but you can ski right back to the door. The place is clean, straightforward, and well equipped.
