We wanted to leave on the first day, but arrived at 11 pm and decided to give them a chance to move us to another room. We did get a refund, though they charged us for the first night. The room didn't match the website photos. We'd booked a kitchenette and a double bed, but got bunks and twin beds that couldn't be pushed together. The pillows smelled, the sheets had lots of hair, and the room wasn't clean enough for my baby to sleep in the bed, so she had to stay in her stroller. I couldn't walk around without shoes. The fridge was very dirty, with blood and a bad smell from the frozen compartment. The toilet was dirty enough that I had to clean it before sitting down. There was hair on the walls and brown stains on the towels. It was overpriced and not worth it, especially since I'd found a cheaper four-star hotel. My friend's room was better, but when we asked for a double bed and kitchenette, staff said there were no rooms like that. Breakfast was simple but okay, though the plates weren't properly clean. A disappointing stay.

The staff were nice, but the room wasn't very clean. Despite the name, this isn't a villa. It's a large building with several individual rooms called apartments, each with a kitchen. Breakfast was very basic and served in a fairly small space for the number of guests. The tables were arranged to fit as many people as possible.

Getting into central Stockholm was easy, with the tram nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the central location suited us well. I'd definitely stay again, especially for groups spread across several rooms. There's also plenty of space to hang out, though in Stockholm, who would want to stay in?

The reception is open from 10 am to 10 pm, which is longer than I've seen at apartments in other parts of the world. The owner was kind, and the apartment had good facilities. It was large and easy to reach: five minutes by metro rail from Stockholm City Rail station, followed by a three-minute walk to the apartment. Thanks to the owner for the kindness.

We booked an apartment for three nights with a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had enough equipment for cooking, the bathroom was okay, and there were fresh towels. The bed was just what we needed. The train station was a two-minute walk away, but we couldn't hear the trains passing. For the price, I'd definitely recommend it.
