10/10
From my first email to the end of our stay, everything at Hotel Arkaden felt welcoming. The staff were warm, the service was perfect, and the location in Arvika was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was an excellent continental spread, and the price was good. I especially want to thank Iwan, who I believe is the owner. He was wonderful. Coming from India to a hotel in Sweden, with a different country and language, made the whole experience even more pleasing. It never felt impersonal or corporate. I was completely satisfied and would gladly recommend staying at Hotel Arkaden.

The room was fine, with a soft bed and a comfortable chair, and parking was easy. The location was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good enough, though the bathroom felt cramped and narrow.
