A simple, comfortable place for a quiet rest, with a striking lack of things to complain about. If you’re looking for action or grandeur, you’ll want somewhere else. It’s a well-kept small hotel in central Borgholm, with good free parking and a nice garden. The room was clean, the beds were good, and I had a little sea view. It’s calm around the hotel, yet only a five-minute walk to the town center. Breakfast was included and very nice, and the staff communicated well and looked after me as a guest.

The garden is beautiful and a lovely spot to sit and unwind, especially for a summer visit. Breakfast was nicely served with homemade food, and the warm service from the pensioners made Villa Ingrid feel special to us. Ingrid welcomed us herself when we arrived early, let us check in, and handed over the key. Highly recommended. :)

The rooms were tidy and roomy, and the staff were nice and personal. The breakfast had a bit of everything, and you can eat in the lush garden when the weather’s suitable. It’s in a calm area, but still close to the heart of Borgholm. Lovely place.

The garden out front is gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, and Ingrid is friendly with wonderful food. I had such a good time here and wish I could have stayed longer. I really hope to come back.
