The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym and sauna were great. The rooms were fairly good, and the shower was fresh. But the doors are thin, so hallway noise carries into the rooms. The breakfast buffet itself was good, but the staff there were very rude. That was especially disappointing on a business trip, since it can affect your whole day.

There are shops nearby, including supermarkets within walking distance, and the hotel also has a gym and spa. The unexpected highlight for me was the bowling alley in the basement. Arguably one of the best hotels in Lapland, Sweden.

The restaurant is great, and the place is beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. At Christmas, the decorations are lovely, and the view of the railway adds to the festive feel. The Olympic-standard Dundret ski resort is nearby, so many famous athletes who train there stay at this hotel.

The hotel employees are amazing. They’re genuinely hospitable, kind, and nice, which matters most to me. Hats off to them!

Great service, clean rooms, a convenient location, and a great breakfast buffet. One problem if you sleep with the windows open: the rooftop bar gets very noisy on Saturday night. It quieted down after 3 a.m.
