The station is just a five-minute walk away, and the main road through town is nearby too, making this a good place to stay for the night. My room was very clean, and the included breakfast had a small but perfectly fine selection of bread, dairy products, and drinks, without unnecessary extras. The rooms are simple and a bit old, but they do the job. Shared toilets and bathrooms on each floor are kept very clean. Some parts of the building could use maintenance, though nothing is falling apart. You can hear a little of what’s happening elsewhere in the house, but earplugs are provided if you want to block out the noise while sleeping.

The breakfast was normal and conveniently available from 6 a.m. It was easy to get in even though I arrived after reception had closed, so communication wasn’t a problem. Still, for the price I expected more. The building is old and has no sound insulation. My room was next to the toilet, and...

A nice place to stay in Kiruna, and moderately cheap. The owner let us stay past checkout, so we didn’t have to wait outside for the train.

Breakfast was good. It’s a basic guest house in central Gallivare, and there aren’t many hotels here. I’ve never been quite comfortable with shared facilities, though.

It’s a historic building, and it was clean with an excellent breakfast. Oksana was taking care of things and was excellent, friendly, and very helpful.
