Jacy'z Hotel & Resort

The buffet at Archies had plenty to choose from, and the creamy, fluffy scrambled eggs stayed hot. The pancakes were good too. Staff were professional and attentive, and the restaurant, signature me up, was banging. I loved the beautiful, comfy furnishings, the fire pits, and the Panchanga pool club. The outdoor rooftop pool was awesome. With the bar, loungers, and music up there, summer should be amazing. We’ll come back to experience it.

Getting to the city centre takes about 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by tram, a nice mix of convenience and calm. Jacyz Hotel is a gem, stylish and modern but still full of character, with amazing pools looking out over Gothenburg. Loved every minute.

The spa was spectacular, and the hotel’s interior design and decor were gorgeous. We booked a package with spa access, an amazing Asian dinner, and breakfast, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There’s a garage about four minutes away on foot, open around the clock for snacks and toiletries, and Jacyz had a hot chocolate van outside, a nice touch. It took around 15 minutes by taxi from GOT Airport, and about six minutes by Uber to get to Haga through heavy rain. It was my first visit to Sweden, and I thought it was wonderful. I’d highly recommend Jacyz if you’re visiting Gothenberg. It’s amazing and in a perfect location. Thanks, Jacy'z.

The staff were great. It was raining when we arrived 45 minutes before our time slot, and they let us in early. There’s a sauna, a steam room, a few pools, and lots of loungers. It’s a little out of the way, though still easy enough to reach. I’m not sure I’d recommend paying what we did for just a three-hour spa visit. If you’re staying at the hotel or can get a cheaper off-peak rate, it would be a lovely place to relax for a couple of hours.
