The staff were all helpful, and the hotel offered good value for money. My accommodation was basic, but clean, and everything worked. Breakfast was a straightforward buffet with everything I needed. The location and the way the staff treated me are why I’m giving it five stars. I’d definitely stay again.

For one night, the central location and generally okay hotel worked for me. The rooms are quite small, and service is limited: there’s a “barception,” and room service is only every four days. The bathroom sink is so small and uncomfortable that drinking water or brushing your teeth is difficult. For a longer visit, I think I’d rate it lower. On my second day I found a room at Hotel Royal, right next door to Comfort Hotel, and the service there is exceptional. For this one-night stay, I’m giving Comfort Hotel four stars.

The staff were receptive and good. My room had neat interiors and was very good, though the lighting wasn’t convenient. The hotel has a long corridor, with reception at one end.

The staff were nice overall, and the entrance area has some good spots to get work done. The rooms are on the small side, but manageable if you’re mainly using the hotel at night.
