After a long forest road on the second day of our bike tour from Stockholm, we came across this lovely little place when we were tired and running low on energy. The home-brewed fruit drinks and the delicious vegetarian plate were top notch, with an amazing range of flavors that left us full and energized. The gardens and landscape were so beautiful, and the atmosphere made us think about staying the night to relax. We had to keep going, but we’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the owners for their wonderful hospitality.

We biked from Holland to Sweden, and they welcomed us warmly when we arrived. There was a cold beer right away, then a great meal outside by an open fire that evening. In the morning, a hearty breakfast set us up to keep riding. Such kind people. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Frank and Chris(tine?) were so welcoming. They’ve done an amazing job bringing this beautiful old building back to its former glory. The food was outstanding, and even with a 0530 start for a canoe trip in one of Franks boats, I had a great time from arrival to departure. If you’re heading to Sweden, stay here for more than one night!

The hosts take great care to keep you happy and well fed, cooking very well with local ingredients from their garden and chickens. Vita Krala gave us a wonderful, authentic stay in an old Swedish country home, tucked away in peaceful countryside. I can recommend it! Highly recommended!

Still a lovely place, and the food is some of the best I’ve ever had. We stopped for breakfast on our way from Linköping toward Örebro, though the place was closed. The owner opened up just for us and made an omelette with fresh eggs from her own hens, along with several homemade jams and freshly baked bread. One of our most memorable breakfasts. Great breakfast!
