Tyringe Kurhotell

I was here for a work week, and it was a very quiet stay. The rooms were nice and dark, and all of them have showers rather than baths. Staff were friendly and spoke Swedish and English. The breakfast buffet was nice, and getting a breakfast bag was also an option.

The area is wonderfully quiet and a nice place for walking or just resting. I enjoyed the food, and if you’re staying in Tyringe, I’d recommend coming here for a meal. Breakfast and lunch are typical Swedish fare, around 10 euros each, with coffee, tea, and cake included. I only visited for a meal, not an overnight stay. The hotel looks okay, clean and quiet, though it’s an older building that has been refurbished, which is why I gave it four stars.

We had such a lovely weekend here for our nephew’s wedding. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite, pleasant, and helpful. We had a fantastic time, thank you! x

The hotel has a good team, with polite staff who were helpful, and the atmosphere is striking. Its broad, well-kept garden sits out front, with little around the hotel. Inside, the old-fashioned furniture in the large hall and historical pictures along the long corridors make it feel like stepping into the past. It was once a hospital specializing in leukemia treatment, a few decades ago. My one suggestion would be to add more variety at breakfast. I highly recommend it.
