The breakfast and bistro were handy too: breakfast had a simple Scandinavian selection, and the bistro served decent lunch and dinner and stayed open late. For skiing, the location was the big plus, with two chair lifts only metres from the entrance. Our twin room looked out over the slopes, and the heated bathroom was roomy, with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The room was clean and fresh, though tight once we brought in our bags, and there wasn't much closet space. The wall hooks worked well enough. The bed was soft, with a thick duvet, and there were extra pillows in the drawer under each bed. Ski boots could dry in the room, and a locker outside in the corridor held snowy gear. It was an easy self-service check-in and checkout. The door code arrived by message at 1500 on arrival day. The window doesn't open, so the room got stuffy, especially at night. There's no room service or routine rubbish and towel change, and toilet rolls aren't topped up. For fresh towels, message the hotel or catch the cleaners, usually around in the late morning. There's also a flat-screen TV with basic channels.
