The rooms were fresh, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, and breakfast was delicious. It’s family-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and easy to find and park. We’ve stayed before, and this visit confirmed again that it’s a great place. We’ll definitely return. At check-in, the staff welcomed us warmly and got everything sorted quickly. They noticed we’d booked two rooms because of our family’s size and quickly arranged for them to be next to each other. That was really considerate and made traveling with the children much easier. Lelle and Felix deserve special praise for their warm, professional welcome.

I found the front desk employee’s question rude and unprofessional. When I asked where breakfast was, she asked in front of three or four other hotel employees whether I had a room there. A simple “it’s on floor 7” would have been enough. You need a room key to get to the seventh floor, and as a front desk employee she must have known that. I’m a traveling business professional and don’t dress like a homeless person. I asked if people often wander in off the street looking for a free meal. Of course they don’t. She mumbled something about non-guests having to pay for breakfast, as if I didn’t know that. I didn’t think they were running a soup kitchen. I took offense at how I was treated.

The lobby looks impressive and is well maintained, but the corridors on the room floors are filthy and seem not to have been vacuumed in a long time. One light hangs low from the ceiling, so watch your head. The rooms are a decent size, clean, and have comfortable beds. Still, some amenities are missing: no body lotion, hair conditioner, safe, coffee or tea maker, or bath mat. The body soap and shampoo come as a two-in-one.

The staff were super friendly, though the rooms feel stuffy with no air, and they won’t let you open the window. Like other Swedish hotels, it looks posh, but the beds just don’t feel like beds.
