We made good use of the hotel's common area, where fruit, cake, drinks and games were available all day. Since my mum can't get out much, that was especially nice. The guy at reception was amazing with her, very friendly and thoughtful about her disability. We also enjoyed breakfast, and ate so much that we could hardly eat for the rest of the day. Fitness facilities, a pool and sauna are a short walk from the hotel. The location is very central, with everything we needed nearby, and the ocean just five minutes away. Thanks for a lovely weekend with my mum and sister.

I loved the cozy, quiet room. The big window let me see the sky and made the space feel open. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices and good vegetarian options. They even have handmade cookies for fika, and everyone working there was kind and friendly. I'll always remember this lovely place in Karlskrona.

Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've stayed in for a long time. My room was tiny, there was no food or air conditioning, and outside it was 26°C. I couldn't even get ice. Breakfast didn't start until 7 a.m., the same time I was due to be picked up, so the hotel said they'd pack something for me. What I got was a roll with cheese and mystery meat, which I threw to the seagulls. They didn't seem impressed either. And the two women at reception were completely useless.

The breakfast and location were good, but the room felt a bit too small. There was also a lot of pedestrian and delivery traffic at night and in the morning.
