I liked having a spacious, clean room, though it got quite warm. The fridge and ventilation also made some noise. Breakfast was fine, but this was the first hotel I’d stayed at in Scandinavia that didn’t have any fish.

I visit every quarter and have never had a problem during my stays. The staff in every department are always really friendly. My one gripe is the scrambled eggs at breakfast. They’re the most important breakfast item for me, and I don’t think they’re good here. Could you take a look at them?

The hotel is nice and breakfast service was good. I happened to get the room right by the staircase, and the door slamming often disturbed me. I’d avoid that room if you can.

We spent 10 days in Stockholm around Christmas last year to see family, staying at this Scandic Kista hotel. The welcome and service were excellent the whole time, and everything was clean and pleasant. The beds were good, too. Breakfast was a treat every morning, served by a memorable host and chef who spoke with real passion about his work and gave you pancakes and a shot. I’m here often when I visit Kista, and the location is hard to beat. The service is friendly, and there’s a very good breakfast spread with a welcoming host. His ginger shots are a great start to the day. Some rooms have kitchenettes, which I find really useful for longer stays. Air conditioning would make it perfect, though. Summers can be quite challenging here.
