The free private parking made this especially handy for a business trip by car. My room was simple, quiet, and comfortable, and the price felt fair. Breakfast was okay. Thanks to Sam at reception for sorting out a reservation issue for me.

We spent four nights here while visiting Stockholm. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. The rates were reasonable too. I’d happily recommend it.

The metro ride into central Sztokholm takes about 20 minutes, and the station is a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is basic, but clean and nice, with really friendly staff. Breakfast was big and tasty.

The staff were warm and gave us great service. We had a spacious room, a comfortable bed, extra pillows, and fluffy towels. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was excellent. You can get coffee and tea at reception 24/7. 10/10.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and emailed them less than 10 minutes later to ask for different dates. I heard nothing. I tried calling several times that evening, but the number was busy every time. The next morning, they emailed to say they had charged my card, using the same address I’d written to, which is also listed on their website. When I replied, they said it was too late because the charge had already gone through. If you’re thinking of booking here, try calling first. The line is still busy now, so I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else if you can’t get through.
