I booked two nights but left the next morning, and they still charged me the full amount for both nights. That says a lot about how they treat customers. The hotel looks and feels like it sits in the middle of a residential housing estate, which wasn’t what I expected for the price. Staff were unhelpful and seemed to resent questions. The attitude and customer service were poor, and I felt like a problem just for speaking to them. At around 3am, there were domestic issues in the block opposite and police knocked on all the hotel doors. It was completely unacceptable and made the place feel unsafe and uncomfortable. There always seem to be issues around the area at night, so I wouldn’t call it family-friendly. There was no proper management or control. This isn’t a budget hotel, but it’s run like a badly managed one. Low standards, poor service, and a very bad experience. Avoid it, it’s not worth your money.

If you want a cheap hotel, this does the job. It’s good for a tight budget, though there’s no water provided in the rooms, which was inconvenient. The location feels quiet and shady at night.

The rooms were okay and seem like a decent choice on a budget, but mine was a bit dirty. There were what looked like 70 dead flies inside the bathroom lamp. Pretty disgusting.

Cheap, but it does the job. The area feels pretty sketchy, though.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the metro station is very close. It’s a good value, no-frills place to use as an inexpensive base for exploring the Stockholm area.
