You can walk straight into Kista Galleria from the hotel's first floor, and it has all kinds of shops. The reception was very helpful, including with booking a ride. I stayed for a month in summer. The hotel is in front of Kista metro station, and the rooms were very nice and neatly kept. Housekeeping came once a week or when requested. There's a small fridge, a few utensils and a compact kitchen with an exhaust hood and owen. During my hot stay, you might need to ask for a separate exhaust fan if you're on a top floor. The hotel phone number may not be right because it had changed then, so check it first.

The apartment's good points were the view from the windows and direct access by elevator to the shopping centre downstairs. Even so, I'd choose the other Forenom hotel near the Helenelund train station, which I think is much better. The equipment here was badly outdated, from the stove to the microwave, which made a noise like a nuclear reactor. Cleanliness clearly wasn't a priority. When I arrived, the stove, mugs and electric kettle were unusable, as shown in the attached photo.

It's a basic, functional place if you mainly need somewhere to sleep, grab coffee or breakfast, then spend the day out. The rooms are clean and well kept, though old and dated. There's decent WiFi and cable TV. A small kitchenette has a mini fridge, stove and microwave, with dishes, cutlery and utensils for two people to make and eat light meals. The location is right opposite Kista central metro station and above the Galleria mall. Adequate for a short stay.
6/10
The location is convenient, right by the train station and above Kista Galleria, and the prices are comparatively low. The rooms are okay, but there's no breakfast. They were supposed to refresh my room weekly, but that never happened during my stay.

The staff are friendly, but they haven't been able to help with the service problems during my stay. In the last four days, the induction plate has stopped working twice, and there was nobody available to fix it. There are no maintenance staff over the weekend, and reception hours vary by day, so any help is only over the phone. In a hotel this big, there should be at least one person handling issues like this. I'd recommend staying in hotel apartments or finding another alternative.
