We went for the grill dinner with our child, but left very disappointed. The food tasted fine at first, though later we all had stomach pain, and I suspect something wasn't right. The buffet service was awful. It felt like staff were keeping track of how much everyone ate, especially the children, which made us really uncomfortable. The chef served the grilled items one piece at a time. When I asked for two pieces of shrimp, he said no because other guests might want some too. I don't see why anyone should decide how much a paying guest can have at a buffet. I can't recommend the place based on our experience, but of course it's your choice.

A lovely little hotel where the staff are very friendly and happy to help. The grill evening was a really great surprise, with good food. I recommend it and will come back when I'm driving through.

We had a wonderful family stay, with warm service and an amazing three-course dinner. The room was a bit dated and nothing fancy, but it was genuinely cozy. The location is handy for both the national park and Kivik town.

The countryside views over Österlen's fields and hills really give you a sense of country life. Accommodation is very affordable, while the food is high quality, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The menu is usually built around meat or fish, but we were told the chef also likes making vegetarian and vegan dishes. Let them know in advance and they'll prepare a lovely meal for you.

A beautiful, upscale restaurant in the countryside, with imaginative food and an extensive wine list. The chef is charming and comes to speak with you personally.
