Best Western Hotel Scheele

The staff were nice, but the hotel itself was in poor condition. There was hair on the bathroom walls, and the photos would probably explain the rest. I also wrote to them about the state of the bed and never got a reply. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

We slept really well in a very comfortable bed for the price, and the staff were friendly. I found dried blood on the sheet, though. I asked for it to be changed, and they took care of it within a minute. We were there for two days. Breakfast was okay, and the city center, with its restaurants and bars, is a 10-15 minute walk away.

We were about 50 people staying for two days, on September 4th and 5th, 2021, after going to play cricket at Guttista. The breakfast was more or less okay, but the stay was unpleasant. The guard was quite unfriendly, and after 10 pm our group was made to leave the lobby and sitting area. One of us spent half the night outside when his access card stopped working, with no one available to help. The rooms had poor ventilation, old towels, and substandard beds, pillows, covers, and sheets. The bed wasn't made the next day, and the room wasn't cleaned. There was no proper room service.

The food costs 95:- Kronor for a buffet with two different dishes, today's soup, bread, and salad. We spent three days there this week, but didn't stay overnight. It's a nice conference location, and I'm not disappointed. The room was a little cold in the morning, then got really hot in the afternoon.
