We picked this hotel for its proximity to the “High Coast” distillery, and for the price it was okay. Breakfast had a good range, and the staff were kind and happy to help. The rooms could use some attention, though they were warm and comfortable. There was a gym too, with good equipment. It did the job, nothing especially bad.

The grill buffet was inexpensive and the food was good, which was a plus. But the reception staff were really rude. We didn't book because we knew the hotel wasn't full, and the troubadour played so loudly that we couldn't sleep at all. I don't understand why the staff didn't put us in a room on the quiet side.

I haven't stayed overnight, but lunch is quite good. The salad bar was really fresh, and I liked the coffee and dessert cookies. The staff were nice and kept replenishing the food, so there was always something available. The dining room and toilets felt clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We eat lunch here whenever we can. The food is great, and the buffet is back now. It's usually busy, with wonderful, drop-dead beautiful staff. There's a play corner for kids too, so it's child friendly. Highly recommend eating here!

The lunch at HotelKramm in Kramfors really surprised me. There was a huge complimentary salad buffet, then a choice of fish or long-cooked pork, both delicious. They served home-baked bread too, followed by a cake buffet with coffee or tea. I loved the meal. The only drawback was that nearly all the tables were reserved for a conference. Thank you!
