We really enjoyed staying here. The views and horses made the setting special, and the place was peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful and welcoming. The house had a nice kitchen, too. Since it’s remote, bring some food and tea or coffee. You can bring your own sheets and towels, or rent them there.

I went for the museum and flea market, and ended up getting a good look around the area too. Down a dirt road off the highway, you wouldn’t expect to find such a lovely little farm run by a wonderful couple, but it’s there, and it was so cozy. Hard to put into words. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re nearby.

The museum, flea market, and coffee shop make this a worthwhile little detour. The very nice ladies who run the place are happy to share stories about the area and its past.

The farm has an interesting history, and the surroundings are fantastic. Our hostess was lovely and very helpful. We were two adults and two teenagers, and the large cottage suited us perfectly.

The balcony was a highlight, with a lovely view and sunshine throughout the day. There’s a parasol if you need shade. The house feels a little dated, but it’s roomy and has everything, including a comfortable bed, kitchen, and bathroom. It’s a beautiful, quiet spot. Payment is cash only. The charming hostess also runs a small museum, mostly with dolls dressed in Swedish traditional costumes.
