A nice place to unwind by the lake and forest, with very helpful, friendly staff. The buffet is delicious, and you can go for lunch even if you're not staying at the hotel. Highly recommended.

A group of Thai guests partied and made noise all night, right through to 9:00 the next morning. We couldn't get them to settle down. Several people complained to the hotel manager, but he didn't do anything.

We stayed at the campsite. It was cheap, and the other amenities were totally okay, but the kitchen was really filthy. Everything felt sticky, and I wouldn't even look inside the oven. It badly needs a proper clean 😐

The staff made this stay especially memorable. Marcus helped make it a really lovely time for us, and I think we'll all remember our trip to Luleå. The location was nice, and so were the rooms. I had a really good stay at this hotel.

I only went there to eat, not to stay overnight, and I wouldn't recommend the buffet. The food was cold and tasteless. It had been sitting out for at least 1.5 hours, maybe longer.
