We paid for breakfast, but staff gave us the wrong hours and then wouldn't let us eat. The service was pretty disappointing.

I never stayed at the hotel, but the booking said I could cancel up to the day before arrival and even showed a cancellation button. When I tried to use it, it didn't work and told me to contact the hotel. They didn't answer my email, so I had to call. It took them around 10 minutes to find a booking I'd made through their own webpage, and then they charged me a 150 SEK cancellation fee.

For what we paid, both the room and the breakfast were a good fit. I'd happily stay here again.

We needed somewhere for one night after our bathroom broke, and this worked out well. It was clean enough and comfortable, with a pleasant little garden. The free, tasty dinner was handy too. Tourists may find it a bit far from the old town, but for a business trip or a temporary stop like ours, it's a good option.

The beds were really comfortable, breakfast was very nice, and the room was good for the price. They also helped me out when failed train scheduling left me stuck. I’d normally rate the hotel 4 stars, but I had such a positive time that I’m giving it 5 to lift the overall rating. I’d definitely recommend Place Lund to anyone nearby.
