I emailed the hotel 30 hours ahead to say I wouldn't be coming. Because I contacted them by email instead of through the Booking.com website, they refused to refund me, even though the booking terms allowed cancellation more than 24 hours beforehand. They reluctantly offered a voucher that had to be used within 3 months, but I don't know when I'll be able to go. They said that was the cutoff despite owing me a full refund. Disgraceful, money-grabbing behavior. I'll never stay here.

A peaceful place in a great location, with easy access to tetra pak and the market too. The rooms are big and reasonably priced, and there's a kitchen in the rooms so you can cook if you're Indian.

Friendly staff, a good breakfast, and good rooms. The room got very warm in the hot weather, and the windows couldn't open wide, so having air conditioning would be a real improvement.

4/10
Inside the room it was around 30°C, while outside it was 20°C. The huge windows made the room feel like a greenhouse, but only a tiny section opened, so we couldn't cool it down. Two cheap, noisy fans just pushed the hot air around. My kids couldn't sleep for hours and I barely slept either. The building is poorly designed and needs air conditioning. I wouldn't use this hotel in the summer.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel and room had pretty much everything you might need. Breakfast was good quality and had nearly everything. The room could have been cleaner, and the location is a little outside the centre, about a 20-minute walk.
