Best Western Plus Park City Lund

Alexandra at reception, and especially Vikte serving breakfast, made our few days here lovely. From the moment we came in, I felt like a special guest. Many thanks for the kindness and the surprises for my little son. We really appreciated it.

I left and found another hotel. One room category was sold out, and the woman at the desk offered no help finding another room. She seemed more irritated with each question, and the greeting had already been unfriendly. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If that’s the standard here, I’ll never book a stay. I wish it were still a Radisson Blu, whose customer service was in a different league from Best Western’s.

Shower beer for the win! The adjustable beer holder and great water pressure made it a 10/10. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were there too.

The hotel was excellent and breakfast was good, but our bikes were a problem. We arrived with two and weren’t allowed to keep them in our room, so we left them in a room that was supposedly locked all the time. The next day it was standing wide open with nobody there. With bikes worth several thousand dollars, that’s unacceptable.
