The sauna was amazing, with its lake view and direct access to the water. We had a great stay, with lovely food, friendly staff and a wonderful boutique hotel.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and was spacious with lots of fun design touches. It's in a lovely spot right on the lake. We ordered breakfast for Sunday, and it was really tasty at an extra 80 sek per person. One small drawback, the washbasin in the toilet room is tiny.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but stopped in twice for coffee and a snack ☕️🍰. The terrace had a lovely view 🌲🌳, and the staff were friendly and helpful with information about the area 🏔️🥾. The kanelbulle and chocolate cake were both delicious 👌

Set in a lovely remote part of Dalsland, the building has a really distinctive style. The terrace looks out over the lake, and you can go for a swim. I'd recommend booking a room with a view, and trying the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. They use local ingredients from Dalsland.

We rented a canoe there beforehand. Later, we sat on the cozy terrace with its wonderful lake view and had very tasty bread with herring and potato, a combination I don't usually have.
