The price is good for what you get, and Prince will quickly sort out any problem by going straight to a solution. He's so nice and service minded that you might end up wanting to stay longer than planned 😉. Whatever you need, he provides it. My wife and I are grateful for a great stay and a great experience. Inside, the place is terrible, especially for what it costs, even though it looks nice from the outside. Guests are left to do everything themselves: clean, make the beds, cook breakfast and wash the dishes. The shower is shared and down in the basement, and whether the toilet is shared depends on the room. The furniture is old and as cheap as possible. The owners seem to care about nothing except squeezing money out of guests.

We didn't meet any staff. It was all self-service, and a bad surprise. There was hair on the mattress, we had to make the bed, and breakfast was ours to prepare too. To avoid a 50€ charge, we also had to clean. That's not what we expected from a B&B with breakfast included. They should tell people about the cleaning beforehand, and shouldn't call it included breakfast when guests have to make it themselves and wait until people finish using the kitchen at 8am.

The phone contact was very helpful and arranged a second room that worked better for the rest of our family. Still, what we paid for wasn't quite what we expected. It was a surprise to have four adults sleeping in one room, and the downstairs toilet, reached by a spiral staircase, wasn't very suitable.
