The outside bar had a band playing that evening, which was the icing on the cake for our anniversary. We were also very happy with the hotel and would highly recommend it. Our room looked out over the lake, making the occasion feel extra special, and it had every comfort we needed: an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, minibar drinks, glasses, and toiletries. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. We didn’t have dinner there because it was fully booked, our fault for not booking ahead. We were on a long road trip and didn’t know where we’d be. Treatments also need to be booked in advance, so I couldn’t book any. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices: coffee, juices, different breads and cereals, bacon, scrambled eggs, and various cakes. The receptionist was grumpy, but once past that, the hotel was wonderful.

The room price was especially good, and it even included access to the SPA. We spent two nights here during our holiday and had no complaints. The facilities, rooms, and breakfast were all great. I’ll keep Mora Hotel in mind for future stays. Kind regards!

After driving for eight hours, having to move vehicles and download parking apps was a terrible start. If the hotel has no spaces left, they should say so when people book by phone. At 1600 skr a night, I’d expect a parking spot. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Mora and never had parking trouble. Reception gave us a very shabby welcome and no information, just an urgent demand to pay the bill straight away. The staff there need to find another job. I’d recommend finding somewhere better and less pretentious.
