The building is really lovely and still has the feel of an old station. The rooms are charming and very clean, and the owners are friendly and helpful. You’ve got what you need here, with a bike and hiking track right nearby for walks, plus supermarkets and a beautiful waterfall. A great spot for a proper Swedish vacation, I’d recommend it.

The apartment was clean, with all the amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a bit more reasonable if you bring your own linens. The location sits between the town centre and the historic museum park. The new owners are friendly and helpful, and clearly working hard on improvements. I wish them success with their new venture.

The Ticketkantoor is spacious and has a warm feel. We stayed there January 15 to 24, 2025, and had a wonderful time. The kitchen has plenty of appliances and crockery, and there are two good beds in the bedroom. Alex and Jessie gave us such a warm welcome. We’ll definitely come back.
