Good Morning+ Nyköping

The breakfast spread is amazing, and checkout at 12 is a real treat. There’s also tea and coffee at reception around the clock, with pastries in the morning. Everyone was super friendly, and there are no off-limits areas, so pets can join you for breakfast. You can see signs welcoming them all over the place, and they really do mean it. This roadside hotel is genuinely pet friendly, with a great quality for the price. By far my favourite pet-friendly hotel in Sweden, a 10/10 for me.

The room was clean, with a TV and a charging port, and towels were supplied. Bring your own shower soap, though. The sauna was great, and the games room was pretty good too. You can use the nearby gym for free, just pick up a ticket at reception. Breakfast and lunch are served in the hotel restaurant, and there’s a supermarket plus two restaurants close by. The walk into town isn’t long, so finding food is easy. The hotel facilities were clean overall.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond. The location is handy, with free parking and Max and McDonalds right next door, and breakfast was good. The room beds were acceptable, but nothing more, and the extra bed was so stiff that even my 12-year-old son complained. It gets hot in the room, with no ventilation, air conditioning, or fan. Opening the window brings noise and loud birds. Good rates, though 😀👍

Breakfast was good, and the room was quiet with an okay bed. But there’s no air conditioning, so the upper floors get hot in summer, and rooms don’t have hairdryers or fridges. The hotel is outside Nyköping, so you’ll need a car to reach town, restaurants, or other attractions. There’s an EV charging station at the nearby McDonalds.
