A great fit for a business stay. The room had a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, and a smart TV. There’s also a shared kitchen with everything you need and a free parking garage. Thank you for everything!

We had to pay for other accommodation ourselves after arriving before the check-in deadline to find the property locked and completely unattended. Every contact number went to voicemail, even when another local hotel tried calling to check there wasn’t a phone issue. Messages we’d sent earlier that day and before through the booking site also got no reply. For international travelers, you’d expect an emergency number to work shortly before and after check-in closes. The property then refused to refund us, despite our photos and voicemails showing that they hadn’t honored the reservation. They still haven’t acknowledged or responded to our concerns. This was one of my worst booking experiences. I strongly recommend avoiding the place. Thankfully, there are friendly, honest places within walking distance if you need somewhere at the last minute.

Steven at the front desk was helpful, and the hotel is right in the centrum, though it isn’t cheap. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. For example, today (2018-12-07), the cucumbers were so old and stale they tasted sour. The bathroom felt dated, with a tub and shower from the 80s. The tub was so high that I felt like I was standing on a stool. The towel for drying my hands smelled a bit of perfume even though it had been washed, and the warm water in the bathroom was absolutely full of salt. The room looked like a train bogie, and the hotel seemed to be from the 1980s, with 80s carpet everywhere. You also have to carry two keys, one for the room and one for blipping, and remember a code for the main door.
