I was very happy with my three-night stay. It may have helped that I was the only one on the whole floor, so I had a private bathroom and kitchen. I was there in October, which may be the cold season. The room was reasonably clean. In October 2024, check-in was at Hotel Algen because the place is owned by best western.

This place was awful. Even at an okay price, you'd expect clean sheets, no dirty dishes, and a bathroom without mildew. There were even pee stains on the chairs. We only stayed because we'd driven 700 km and reception was closing just after we arrived. Otherwise, we would've left.

It's reasonably priced and close to the slopes. It can get a bit noisy when neighbours are in a party mood, though most guests seem to be families. Reception shuts early for a hotel, but you can arrange to have the keys delivered if you call ahead.

Great value, and 50 kr for a breakfast that big was incredible.

Great, spacious rental room/apartments. Pets are allowed too, which worked for me and my cats.
