The reception area was lovely, and breakfast was generous. The rooms were disappointing, though, with even basic things not user-friendly or working properly. It doesn’t seem like the hotel takes much pride in its accommodation.

The website is really unprofessional. Every time I click the English option, it takes me to Danish instead. I’ve had this problem for about two years, and it’s frustrating when I see an ad to book a stay and wine and dine but can’t understand anything. Fix the language issue before running social media ads. You can’t be this unprofessional and leave it unfixed.

I’d stay again. The front desk service was great, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable with a nice bathroom, a great mountain view, and a good minibar. I enjoyed the spa, with heated rooftop pools and indoor facilities, though there were a few too many children for my liking. It would have been nice to have a staff member available for drinks, and perhaps tea and coffee like in the lobby, but there was nice, ice-cold lemon water.

The location is right in the city center, with supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport easy to reach. Mid sweden University is walkable too. The rooms seem fine for one or two people, but might feel tiny for a family. The staff were energetic and helpful. It would be useful to list the menu in English and make a few small changes to the breakfast menu.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, though a bit dark even with the lights on. The spa isn’t very big, but it’s enough for a short break and some relaxation. Everything in the heart of the city is easy to get to. Good hotel, I’d come back.
