After five weeks in Sweden, moving to a new place almost every day, this has been the cheapest accommodation so far, yet also the roomiest and best-equipped apartment. Everything was perfectly clean. There were two washing machines and dryers, an iron, two microwaves, several water heaters, plus a fully equipped kitchen with spices, a refrigerator, and a freezer, etc.

It’s well run, and it’s been a great initiative by local entrepreneurs. They bought a school after it closed and turned it into accommodation, hostel-style, which has since developed.

The food was great, and the venue was okay with speakers. We didn’t stay the night, so I can’t say anything about the rooms or accommodation.

There’s Wi-Fi and plenty of room, including a large living room with a pool table. The cue is broken, though. 🙁 It’s a former school turned into a hotel, with cozy rooms and a kitchen that’s in good order.

The Northern Lights sparkled overhead, and the hostel at the Arctic Circle was clean and fresh. Great accommodation.
