Clean, simple rooms make space for quiet reflection, and the whole place has an easy, healing feel. The food is prepared with a lot of love, and the staff are wonderful. Such a cozy place to find some peace of mind.

There’s something for everyone in the course program, whether you’re a believer or not. I tried liberating dance for the first time, and it was a good course that inspired me to keep going. The mountain feels peaceful, quiet, and beautiful, and I feel welcome here. The employees are generous, the food was fantastically delicious, and my bed had been made when I arrived.

The staff were nice, but the stay was disappointing. There was no TV in the room, and the shower was out in a corridor. The place felt very impersonal. Breakfast was like sitting in a school cafeteria, with bread, eggs, porridge, and fil, but no toast. Ants were crawling all over the counter. The fish didn’t look or feel very healthy, and the pond had little water and was very cloudy. I’ve stayed in much better hostels, so I find it strange that this is called a hotel. I can’t recommend it, especially not for 1500kr a night. Very disappointed as a “hotel guest”.
