10/10
The restaurant has a really distinctive feel, built into the natural surroundings, and you can eat inside or outside. They serve all kinds of waffles, with sweet choices as well as meals and salads. The Swedish shrimp salads and vegetarian option both sound good, and on the sweet side there are ice creams with lots of toppings. The waffles are large, made in a special machine, and come out crisp but still tender. There are several old buildings in the hotel, including some you can stay in. It's in a peaceful Stockholm suburb, with a lovely quiet area to walk around and enjoy nature. Amazing place.

A relaxed, pleasant stay. The rural feel was nice, and there was no trendy pretension. We felt welcome.
