Hello! I booked a room starting on 17 October, but my plane gets in during the evening and I may not reach the hotel until around 22:00. How can I get the key to my room?

I wouldn’t really call it a hotel. The rooms are okay, but the water tap is a joke, and I’d say there are better value options.

No heat, and the TV was bad. A really poor “hotel”.

The price felt mid-range, but the standard was low. I missed having a headboard, and resting my head against a radiator wasn’t comfortable. There’s a sink in the room, while the toilet and shower are down the corridor. The rooms are noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you’d be better off choosing another hotel. Breakfast is included, but they don’t boil many eggs, so you have to be quick if you want one. There’s a TV in the room, though it was tiny, maybe 14 inches. WIFI is available, so you could use a tablet or phone with a decent screen instead.
