Kockska Gården

The location was the only real plus. The staff were friendly, but there was no room service. We were put in the “annexe,” a terrible room with no curtains, poor furniture, and a disgusting bathroom with stained lino and a broken shower. No shampoo or conditioner either. We found a broken smoke detector in a cupboard, so the hotel doesn't comply with fire regulations. I would never recommend it. Absolutely not worth the money.

The hotel's 50s interior was beautifully maintained, and the service and cleanliness were excellent. The beds were a little too soft for my taste, but still high quality. My partner and I loved our stay and will definitely return to Simrisham, if only to stay here again. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

We’ve been visiting for years and wanted to respond to your comment, Lina Matson. We think Kockska gården “Apartment by the sea” offers high quality at a good price. It’s clean and tidy, with a spectacular view. My partner and I have decided that you and your partner have mental health issues and wear pampers. If carrying your things to the second floor is a problem, rent a crane. Seeing a couple of flies in the staircase without nearly having a heart attack is normal, since the staircase is also used by the hair salon and restaurant. Our advice is to pitch a tent in the woods during your holiday and have a stay like Adam and Eve. For future visitors considering “Apartment by the sea” at Kockska gården, we highly recommend it. Choose it, you won’t regret it!!!

I only spent one night there, but loved it. The place was spotless and tidy, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were super friendly. There was a garden in the backyard too.
