I had a really enjoyable, hassle-free stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. They handled everything promptly and added a personal touch. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay.

A beautiful hotel and house, with good food. It's a steal.

My family and I have been regulars at this restaurant for years because we liked the food and service. Over the past year, though, our experience has gotten much worse, mainly because of one waitress. She often seems upset and comes across as rude. More than once, she's nearly thrown our plates onto the table without looking at us while loudly talking to a colleague. When we arrive, she also often whispers to that colleague while looking our way. It feels unwelcoming and unprofessional, and her attitude makes it seem like she hates her job and customers. We've also noticed that a dish we've ordered regularly for the past three years now comes in smaller portions. When we asked about it, the waitress said she had no idea and walked away without explaining further. The portions no longer feel worth the price, and the service has become unacceptable. The atmosphere now feels toxic and uninviting.

I only went to the restaurant, and I'm never going back. Beforehand, I contacted them to ask if I could make a small change to my beef dish, and they clearly said yes. But when I arrived and ordered, the waitress acted like the changes were a problem. I reminded her, in front of my daughter, that I'd been told in advance it was okay. She did make the changes, fries instead of potato mash and salad instead of baked tomato, but her dismissive attitude pretty much ruined the meal. I didn't even get to say how I wanted my beef.
