After a long day of travel, the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well kept, with clean rooms. Breakfast was included, with a tasty buffet and a good variety.

We thought it was good value for a stay with kids. The hotel felt pretty standard, with nothing especially remarkable, but you get a lot for the price. Breakfast was great, with plenty of hot and cold choices. The pool area was nice too, with a large pool and a hot tub that fits 8-10 people.

The reception team were lovely. I really enjoyed the warm Christmas wine drink they served there with almonds and raisins. Thanks to the hotel reception staff for the kind service.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, but the building and room made the stay less comfortable than I expected. I spent two nights at the Best Western, and the place felt very dated, with a strange layout that meant a lot of extra walking between the room and restaurant. Some areas seemed to be under renovation, but my room wasn’t one of them. The room felt bare, with only a kettle on the desk. The bathroom was old and not very clean, and there was visible mold between the tiles. There was no fridge or the basic amenities I’d normally expect.

Since BW took over from Scandic, the staff have really improved the rooms and service. There are new carpets and furniture, among other updates, and breakfast has gotten much better too.
