The booking was active for only six minutes, from the confirmation email to the cancellation email, and they still kept all the money. I’d clearly made an accidental booking, but they wouldn’t make any allowance. It felt greedy and unfair. The rest of Sweden is thankfully very different from the hotel manager, so enjoy this amazing country, but avoid this hotel and its management’s despicable attitude.

The owner was really nice and the hostel itself was good. The Wi-Fi, though, was horrible.
