We found the nearby shops handy for a walk, and free parking was a real bonus. The room was great, with comfortable beds, and breakfast was very nice. It's a good choice if you need somewhere reasonably priced, and I fully recommend it.

If you're traveling alone in a wheelchair, I wouldn't choose this hotel. The so-called accessible room is at the far end of the corridor, and the mat along the floor makes the wheels sink in, leaving you exhausted by the time you get there unless someone helps. The room door is too heavy to open on your own. Elevators are small, so you may wait a long time for an empty one, and a larger electric wheelchair won't fit. It's also hard to reach things in the room, like the phone. The bathroom is the only part that makes the room accessible. Stay away unless you have someone who can assist you.

We made a last-minute trip from Canada to see Taylor Swift, and this was one of the few places still available at a moderate price. The hotel had a friendship bracelet-making station and gave us sparkling wine on concert night. It's also near Bromma Blocks, with grocery stores, a shopping mall that has a candy store downstairs, and a huge pet store. Our room was clean, with a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. It was small but comfortable enough for two average-sized people. We'd never been to Scandinavia before and weren't prepared for how little air conditioning there is around, but the hotel did have a small AC unit in each room. At first it didn't seem to be working, but after a few minutes the room became cool and comfortable. The weather was hot and lovely, so we were glad to have the cool air. We'd definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Stockholm for a longer trip.

We booked Room 556, the hotel's largest suite, for three nights. The glass bathroom door was badly malfunctioning and unsafe to open or close, especially with kids around. At check-in, they couldn't fix it, so they gave us access to another room's bathroom and promised a discount refund. When we checked out, different staff were on duty and had no idea about that conversation. I left my personal contact details, but nobody has reached out. The breakfast, parking, location, and reception staff were nice.
