Bob W Stockholm Norrmalm

The kitchen made things so much easier for our family, letting us prepare meals and take care of the twins' needs. We were travelling with our wife and twin babies, so comfort and convenience mattered a lot, and the place exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all of us, and the babies were happy throughout the visit. The staff were welcoming, kind, and ready to help. It was a great place to stay as a family, and we'd love to return. I'd highly recommend it to other families with little ones.

We stayed two nights at Bob W Norrmalm, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The location is excellent, and the place feels made for people who want to travel, work, and live a little while away. The design is modern and thoughtful, with a calm feel that isn't cold. The common areas are useful, especially the coworking space, which has room, good lighting, and a setup that works for focusing or taking calls. The room was cleverly laid out, and the kitchenette was genuinely useful: a proper fridge, microwave, kettle, and enough dishes for breakfast or simple meals. The bathroom felt premium, and the 19-69 toiletries added a nice touch, with quality products and a distinctive scent. We'd happily stay again.

Self check-in meant I didn't need to deal with staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen was well stocked. Having laundry on site was a huge plus. Good location too, I'd say give it a go.

We haven't stayed at the hotel yet, but their customer service deserves a mention. War in the Middle East created exceptional, unforeseen changes to our travel plans, so we contacted them ahead of time. Even with a non-refundable reservation, the team was understanding and flexible about changing our dates. Their professional, thoughtful response made a real difference during a very uncertain situation. We appreciate the support and are looking forward to staying there even more now.
