The shared kitchen was spotless, had everything I needed, and looked out over a stunning city view. I also loved the cozy living room, where you can watch a movie or just put on your headphones and enjoy a fika. Hemköp is nearby if you're on a budget. The place felt like home from the moment I walked in, with a warm design that made it easy to relax and take time for myself. The staff were amazing and attentive, and let me check in early, depending on availability. I made deep connections with other travelers here, and some have become real friends. There are thoughtful details everywhere, too, like the cozy couch and mirror where a girl can do her makeup after a shower or have a little "girl moment." I'll definitely stay here whenever I visit Stockholm.

I stayed 2-3 nights at this cozy, budget-friendly hostel. They gave me a warm welcome, let me store my baggage in a designated room, and allowed an early check-in. The shared kitchen was busy, but I understand other guests use it too, and the other facilities were fine. Still, I felt uncomfortable when a man with a beard and neck-length hair, who I think works there, entered my room without knocking and spoke with someone else. That felt unprofessional, even if he was technically allowed in, and I hope someone reminds him. In other situations, such as opening the kitchen windows, he should ask people what he plans to do first to avoid inconveniencing guests. Clear, kind communication matters. It's also hard to tell who works there, so I suggest name tags for all employees.

I liked the location, but the rooms are small and mixed, and the building's top two floors are a hostel. There was nobody at the door. I know you shouldn't expect hotel luxury from a hostel, but the slipper rule bothered me: you have to wear them inside, and if you don't bring your own, you have to use shared slippers, which didn't feel hygienic. I cancelled my booking and moved to a different hotel.

The location and facilities were as excellent as the other reviews suggest, and I'd definitely stay again if I get the chance. My biggest thanks go to the staff, especially Ahmed. I accidentally left my 3kg bag at a bus station 10 minutes away, and Ahmed went far beyond his duties to help me get it back. He handled the whole thing, from retrieving the bag to checking shipping prices at the post office and sending it to the Netherlands. He was professional throughout, and kindly refused when we tried twice to tip him for his time and effort. That kind of integrity is rare.

It was quiet and clean, and good value for the price. The residential area felt peaceful, and the train station is within walking distance. Signs made it easy to find my way, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. I appreciated having plenty of places to get ready, with mirrors and sinks. Seems great for solo travelers. I’d stay again.
