Check-in and checkout were easy, and breakfast was good and complete. We really appreciated the handwritten note waiting in our room before we arrived. Anne-Carin and the other helpful woman at the front desk were friendly and professional, and we’re grateful for their help. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel for its efficient, great service.

I’ve never stayed there, but they seem to have a serious problem protecting personal data. Someone’s phone number, email, and other details were mistakenly sent to my @box. I told them about it, and they immediately sent direct mail to both of us so we could get to know each other better. What on earth? That’s insane. Their GDPR procedures clearly aren’t working. :(

The staff were really polite, and the metro is just a three-minute walk away. Breakfast had lots of choices and everything was delicious. We were very happy with our three-night stay. 10/10.

The breakfast was amazing, and the whole team made us feel comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at the front desk, especially Viktor, who kept going out of his way to help, and Anna, who was great to talk with. We adored the staff.
