Stockholm Hotel Apartments Bromma

The broken middle slat in the bed made it horribly uncomfortable, and the room was poorly maintained and equipped. There were dirty glasses and cutlery, a loose light fixture, and no hangers or hair dryer. We also heard lots of noise from both neighbors and staff because the soundproofing was so bad. Bags of rubbish sat in the halls and stairwells for most of our trip. Staff were generally unfriendly and hard to find, and I didn’t even get a smile when passing them. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

The room I got was a tiny single room, despite the double bed shown in the photo for the room I booked on the major booking sites. When I contacted the hotel, they wouldn’t take responsibility and basically told me to go screw myself. I can’t recommend it.

I wouldn’t stay for long. The room wasn’t very clean and some of the furniture had stains. I didn’t think much of the neighborhood either. There was a car with smashed windows and flat tires in the complex’s parking lot, and lots of young people hung around the apartment at night.

We tried several times to ask about changing our visit date, using Booking.com, the contact form, and email. Apart from an unsatisfactory automatic reply through Booking.com, and that was only in Swedish, nobody got back to us. After waiting weeks, we called the hotel, but were told to email because they couldn’t handle requests by phone. We understand the Covid-19 pandemic created a huge backlog, but after weeks without an answer we ran out of patience. The way they handle customer requests is really disappointing.
