The hotel is in a quiet area, but most sights are within walking distance. We had meals at the bar delivered quickly and got great service again. We needed to switch to a room with a walk-in shower, and there was no problem. Receptionist Clara even went up to check the room before checking us in.

The generous breakfast spread is easy to navigate and has enough options for early birds, late risers, and people still half asleep. At Scandic Anglais, breakfast feels like an event, not just another meal. Everything was fresh, tasty, and comforting in that Scandinavian way. I kept lingering for another coffee, maybe a third, and almost forgot about my plans. If mornings always started this way, alarms would be much less painful. ☕🥐

The breakfast had lots of choices, and the bar was really nice and cosy. The hotel itself was nice, in a good location in central Stockholm. Check-in was quick, the staff friendly, the room a good size and well equipped, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was big and the environment quite. I'll come back next time I'm in Stockholm.

We appreciated the friendly, helpful reception staff, and the location was excellent with a nice view. Breakfast was decent too. But our family room made the stay disappointing. It was extremely cold, especially the bathroom, and the floor was the coldest we've ever experienced. Walking on it and showering were both uncomfortable. The cleaning wasn't done properly either. There was dirt in the room and bathroom, and the cups still had coffee residue from previous guests. The condition and comfort of the room really detracted from the stay.

I've stayed here a lot of nights and in plenty of other places, but this is Stockholm's best breakfast. The staff are always kind and professional too. Every stay has been perfect.
