Stockholm Hostel

A simple, convenient hostel and good value given the location. The rooms are clean and tidy, but have no windows, and each has an en suite bathroom. The common kitchen and dining area are handy. The owner let us use both luggage rooms and the common areas after check-out too. There's luggage storage, protected by yet another code. You enter the lobby with a code on the keypad by the door, then use another code at a small machine near reception to get your key. Keep the codes somewhere safe on your phone if you're worried about forgetting them. The owner and staff are very friendly, though you won't necessarily see them every time you come in. This is a hostel, so don't expect hotel service like room cleaning or towel changes. It's a great place if, like me, you spend very little time in your room while traveling.

A good hostel for a night or two, especially if you're young or traveling alone. For the price, it's totally fine, though don't expect much comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is a big plus, with space to store food or cook. Metro and bus stops are nearby, making it easy and quick to reach the city center. You can also walk there in about 30 to 40 minutes.

The rooms are plain and on the small side, but they were clean, and the price felt fair. We came to Stockholm without an apartment through no fault of our own, and the staff were incredibly kind and helped us find somewhere to stay that night. We felt completely welcome. It’s a simple hostel, not a five-star hotel, but if you’re here to see the city, the room size matters less.

There’s plenty of room, and the attached bathroom is handy. The shared kitchen has enough space and all the equipment you need. It’s also a great base for getting around Stockholm. Very pretty, very clean, five out of five.
