Söderåsen is beautiful, and the inn makes the most of its setting. It has plenty of character and feels elegant yet welcoming. The service was attentive without hovering, and the food was exceptional, matched with a thoughtfully chosen wine pairing. We'll definitely return.

The dinner was a real highlight, a memorable gastro experience with perfect service. The hotel team are lovely and made our stay so enjoyable. The serene national park is a beautiful walk away, with a lake and lots of hiking trails. We’ll be back 😁

Set beside beautiful Söderåsen, this hotel pairs unspoiled nature with a touch of rural luxury, making it well worth a visit. The staff were very pleasant and the food excellent. The decor is distinctive, with different themes throughout the hotel.

We liked the stuffed fox in the lobby, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's in the middle of nowhere, so stay in Helsingborg or Landskrona and make day trips to Söderåsen instead. The prices are too high and the staff, in my experience, weren't professional. I stopped in for a beer and shuffleboard. An Austrian man at the bar was professional and helpful; I bought two beers and some nuts, then played for an hour. When I went back for another beer, a short, angry, middle-aged woman served us. We bought the beers and carried on playing. About 20 minutes later she came out and accused us of stealing nuts. I told her we'd spent nearly 500 sek on beer and wouldn't steal nuts costing 45 kr, and asked her to check what the Austrian man had sold us. She kept accusing us anyway. We'd paid 110 kr per beer and either 49 or 39 for the nuts. You can't accuse random customers of stealing. Whoever hired her should be fired, and she should be too. I'm pretty sure they'll regret it when they get their first real review. Here's my verdict: skip this worthless hotel until they have professional staff and better prices. Just not good enough.
